Approvals for Transactions

Owners and editors can now review and manage transaction approvals directly in the platform, keeping reviews fast and organized.

Each transaction includes a clear approval status like Pending, Approved, Not Approved, or Not Applicable, and can be updated in just a few clicks.

Approval status is visible only to owners and editors, shows up in transaction details, and is now included in exports to make accounting and reconciliation simpler.

Easier Card Setup

Setting up cards just got easier and more flexible. You can now assign cards to all locations or multiple locations during card creation, saving time and reducing repetitive setup.

We also added support for an optional Company Name on physical cards, which is printed on the second line once delivered, making it easier to distinguish between multiple cards and clearly identify cards across different teams or entities.

Transaction Page Filtering Improvements

More power to find exactly what you are looking for.

The transactions page now includes enhanced filters to help you quickly narrow in on exactly what you need.

You can now filter by:

  • date
  • locations
  • GL codes
  • receipt upload status
  • card transaction status
  • cardholder
  • cards
  • accounts
  • approval status

All applied filters are now respected in exports, making reviews, reporting, and reconciliation faster and more accurate.

Anywhere that Visa is accepted (most places). Most core vendors accept cards, but some might only be available upon request - we can help you with that.

Can I add my team to Tab?

You can create as many users as you would like with a simple onboarding process and customized roles.

Can I add multiple entities to Tab?

You can create as many entities as you need, and manage them all from a single login.

What are flexible payment terms?

The Tab Card gives restaurants more control and flexibility over their cash flow. Extended payment terms allows restaurants to extend eligible re-payments on their Tab Card by 30 days, providing up to 60 day terms. This is for eligible, pre-approved customers only. Inquire to see eligibility.
