We’ve streamlined transaction reviews and approvals with a new transaction details drawer on the Transactions page.
Selecting a transaction opens a side panel where you can easily view, update, and approve transactions without leaving the list, with changes reflected immediately.
This keeps reviews fast and in context, making it easier to move through multiple transactions without unnecessary clicks or back-and-forth.

Transactions can now be split across multiple GL codes on the cardholder level and admin level instead of being forced into a single category.
This gives finance teams more accurate reporting and reduces the need for manual journal entries or post-hoc adjustments.

Cardholders and admin can now attach multiple receipts or documents to a single transaction.
This is especially useful for bundled expenses or complex purchases, keeping all supporting context in one place and simplifying audits and reviews.

We’ve refined the credit account interface to make balances, limits, and activity easier to understand at a glance. The result is better visibility and fewer surprises when managing spend.
When a transaction is declined, the cardholder now immediately will receive a notification with clear and actionable messaging on why it was declined. This helps teams quickly understand what went wrong and how to resolve it, reducing disruption to day-to-day operations.
